The annual costs of a website are the domain name renewal, the hosting and an annual support if you wish. The website hosting and support for the first year is included in the final price in this service. After ther first year you can choose a hosting or support plan here.

Before we start with the development of your eshop we will need your logo, your brand guides (if they exist), the description of the categories of your products or an excel (if exists). Also, we will need the billing details and the courier costs.

Don’t worry! It’s very important for us to deliver the best we can for our clients. That’s why we are going to have a discussion with you before and after the delivery of the project so you can tell us your revisions.

You can get a complete refund if you wish to cancel the project in the first 7 days of your purchase. Also, we guarantee that you will get a refund if we are unable to deliver your project. However, if we have already started working on your project there is not the possibility of a refund.

If, for any reason, you cannot respond in time so we can have the approval to proceed on the project don’t worry! The project will be kept open for 3 months so we can go on later when you’ll have the time. However, after 3 months of no respond the project will be marked as closed and there will no be a refund for the billed milestone.
